I am a passionate and dedicated Exercise Science student pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with a strong focus on athletic recovery and development. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have cultivated the skills and knowledge necessary to assist high-performing athletes in reaching their full physical potential. 

My mission is to empower athletes through science-based rehabilitation, targeted strength and conditioning, and injury prevention programs. I am committed to fostering resilience, both physically and mentally, by implementing customized therapy protocols. 

Through this portfolio, I hope to demonstrate my readiness to contribute meaningfully to athlete development and rehabilitation in a collegiate, professional, or even Olympic setting.
